Kevin is a Chartered Surveyor with ten years experience in managing developments, refurbishments, extensions and fit outs through a variety of funding routes.  He has worked extensively in West Yorkshire, the North West and East Midlands providing premises solutions for many organisations, in both the public and private sectors.

Mo is an experienced Chartered Quantity Surveyor who has worked in the private consulating environment.   Acting as Quantity Surveyor, Employer’s Agent, Project Manager, and Fund Monitor, Mo has over 15 years of experience in construction management and contract administration across a number of sectors.

Solutions 4 Construction & Property

Solutions for Construction & Property was founded in March 2011.   The directors having previously worked in both public and private practices for leading firms,  recognised the opportunity to offer their expertise without the big firm price tag.   Since its launch, the firm has enjoyed a fantastic response from many clients who have benefited from our technical expertise.   As a new company, we have been able to offer a much more responsive client service with excellent cost effective and flexible fees.

We work for a very diverse range of clients, including care, public and private sectors.

We have the benefit of forming strategic alliances with a number of architects, engineers and other construction professionals and are therefore able to offer a one stop shop should this be required.
